Delospan International was founded in November 1978 by Mr André Delodder, who had won his spurs previously in the flax world and veneer industry. In the course of the 1990s he handed on the torch to his sons, who had been able to benefit for some ten years under his wings.

The company is primarily involved in the veneering of all manner of panels. Whereas the coreboards (chipboard and MDF) are primarily purchased locally, the veneer is sourced in the United States, Africa and a number of Western European countries.
